Preventative Maintenance

Preventative maintenance helps avoid costly restoration and promotes the longterm integrity of your building envelope. This should occur on a predetermined schedule and/or as issues arise.

Typically, preventative maintenance will consist of an inspection to determine the work required. While the scope will depend on the building itself, it’s prudent to have a preventative maintenance program in place.
