Dycon Roof Management Program (DRMP)

Dycon Roof Consultants have a successful history of servicing a wide range of clients with a wide range of objectives. Whether the client is large or small, public or private, the intent is to develop a true partnership. With our Dycon Roof Management Program (DRMP) we simplify the process of roof management while affording our clients the opportunity to take part in the design of a program that is best suited for their needs. We believe it to be a distinct advantage for Building Owners or Managers to be able to participate in establishing the criteria for managing their roofing assets.

Roofing Data Management

There are numerous roofing software programs available on the market today many of which Dycon Roof Consultants have reviewed, tested, and have available to their clients. Some of the roofing software tested included excellent graphics and detailed data but at the same time they were cumbersome, time-consuming, and for many clients not very cost effective.

After using various software programs, Dycon Roof Consultants conducted a survey of a both public and private sector clients. In that survey, we simply asked the Building Owner or Property Manager what roof summary information they required. Although much of that information was similar, there were some variations. In the end we incorporated a process for data management into the DRMP which is simple, universal, and adaptable to each clients preferences.

Leak Management

In order to effectively deal with roof leaks, or roof failure situations, the roof leakage or requirement for repairs should be prioritized as minor, moderate, or severe. This will assist in establishing a Recommended Action Plan for repair of the problem. Dycon Leak Management is available 24 hours a day via the internet or our toll-free telephone number.

Project Management

The replacement or repair of a roof system can become very complex with many process disconnects if a sound protocol is not established. Dycon Roof Consultants Inc. have a sound and successful process for implementing roof replacement and repair projects however it can be customized to meet with the particular needs of each client.
