Dycon Leak Response Process

Dycon Roof Consultants Inc. provides 24-hour emergency leak response service across Canada. We can be contacted by e-mail submission or by utilizing our toll-free number, 1-800-749-8609.

If contacting us by e-mail, please enter the information requested below and click the Submit button. You will receive confirmation that your request has been transmitted. If contacting us by telephone, please ensure to verbally relate all information.

Dycon Roof Consultants Inc. will dispatch a leak repair crew as quickly as possible. Once on site, the repair crew will endeavor to terminate the leak in a permanent manner. If conditions dictate that only a temporary repair is possible, a Dycon consultant will communicate the pertinent information back to the contact person. It is to be agreed that by completing and submitting this leak response request form, you are authorizing the repair crew to proceed with repairs not to exceed $500 excluding applicable taxes.
