A roof leak can disrupt normal business operations, causing immediate damage to building contents and equipment, as well as damage to the building structure. A roof leak may result in a slip and fall accident, for which the owner or property manager may be held liable for compensation to the injured party.

- Pre-qualified Roofing Contractor dispatched to the site
- Termination of the leak by service crew
- Liaison with Contractor regarding leak findings
- Written report to Client, including photographic summary, with recommendations and quote for permanent repairs, if required
- Coordination of permanent repairs with Contractor and on-site personnel
- Review and approval of Contractor's invoice
- Archival of all information
